Newborn Photographer East Mesa | Minimalist Newborn Photography
Have you ever met children and been super impressed by how well behaved and smart they are? That’s how I felt when I met this cute family. Little Lucy is already so adored and loved. She was such a sweet little baby, too. There is a calm sense about this little gal, as if she knows that she is well cared for and has many people that love her.
When they came in, I could tell right away that they were going to be so easy to work with. I was right! Their mama had everyone dressed in simple, beautiful outfits that coordinated perfectly. It was just right for my minimalist newborn photography style. Check out those striking blue eyes and red hair. I mean-how adorable are they?!
These guys are going to be the best of buddies when they are all a bit older. Big brother and sister were so careful with their new baby, and seemed super excited to have her! I can only imagine they will be showing her how to sit, then walk, then talk and before they know it the three of them will be running around together having a jolly time!

Are you looking for a maternity or newborn photographer in the East Valley? Maternity sessions are best around the beginning of the last trimester. Newborn sessions are best when baby is between 5-10 days old. I would be happy to chat with you about your session! You can see more of Sally Whetten Photography on Facebook and Instagram, as well. I look forward to talking to you!

Sally is a Mesa newborn photographer and motherhood portrait artist serving Phoenix, Chandler, Scottsdale, Gilbert, and Tempe. With over a decade of experience photographing maternity, newborns, babies, and families, she specializes in making tired, busy moms feel completely taken care of — from outfit planning all the way to choosing the perfect artwork for your walls. A mom of six herself, she knows how fast these little seasons go, and she’s on a mission to make sure your family’s story gets preserved in a way you’ll actually hold onto. When she’s not behind the camera, she’s probably wrangling her own crew and wishing someone would bring her a Diet Coke.
