My favorite pumpkin recipes for Fall!

Uncategorized

Time to share some Fall recipes!

Homemade chocolate chip cookies have my whole heart. But when October hits and the weather starts to cool down, something clicks inside me and suddenly…ALL things must be pumpkin!! Can you relate?

Here are some of my favorite pumpkin recipes:

First is a delicious and easy pumpkin chocolate chip cookie recipe from verybestbaking.com.

Looking for something a little healthier? How about a pumpkin smoothie from familyfreshmeals.com. You can have this one every day with no guilt! And because I don’t want apple pie lovers to feel left out, here’s an apple pie smoothie that’s yummy.

OK, the next couple recipes aren’t pumpkin ones, but soup is also very “Fall” so I hope you’ll forgive me!

Are you a zuppa toscana lover? ME TOO! This recipe from Tasty Kitchen is a delicious version I have made many, many times.

Sometimes a good chicken soup can make you feel warm on the inside and on the outside, and is just what the doctor ordered! This one from Averie Cooks is quick, easy and tasty!

Here’s a SUPER easy soup courtesy of the lady in the aisle at Trader Joe’s. (the best place for all the pumpkin items, btw!) You can just keep these five ingredients on hand and toss this soup together at a moment’s notice. And my whole family loved it! Two thumbs up from me!

1 carton Trader Joe’s corn and red pepper soup

1 can corn

2 cans Trader Joe’s cuban black beans (she said it must be the cuban ones)

1 jar Trader Joe’s salsa, just the cheapest one is fine

2 cans chicken

Combine all ingredients and heat through. I served it with sour cream and tortilla strips to be fancy. Serves 6-8

If you have a favorite Fall recipe, please share it! Here in the comments or message me. Happy Fall, Ya’ll!
