As an Arizona newborn photographer I have photographed a lot of little ones, but this was the first time to do a photo session for a daddy who is commissioned in the US Navy and hasn’t even seen his new baby girl in person yet! Thank goodness for Skype, so he has at least been able to see his little family that way.
Baby’s mom really wanted to make sure we got some photos with Daddy’s uniform. I think his Navy buddies will be impressed. She really rocks that uniform!
Of course, as daddy’s little princess you need to have a tiara, am I right? She gave this Arizona newborn photographer a pleasant photo session by sleeping right through the whole thing! 
The reason her mom called me was because she had gone to a large big box store (not to mention names but it rhymes with Zarget) and her experience was horrible! So she decided to call me and schedule a session in the comfort of her own home with someone that knew how to handle babies and wanted to work with her ideas and become a friend. I wish this sweet family all the best, and hope daddy comes home soon!
My favorite shots are these super close ups. I think they showcase those precious little features the best. Don’t you want to kiss those cheeks!? So yummy.
